Return Policy
Parts and accessories: You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Opened or used [installed parts are not returnable]
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned more then 30 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
- No return on electrical
- Engines, short blocks, mower decks, manuals, gaskets
- freight, shipping, delivery
Equipment
You may return your unit within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price , minus a 20% restocking fee, subject to the following conditions:
Unit must be returned in new condition [must be new, unused, not damaged, and include all original packaging]
Returns are subject to inspection, any damage or wear and tear will be deducted from refund
Any refund does not include accrued finance charges
Freight, shipping, and /or delivery is not refundable
Worcester's is not responsible for abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance
Returns are not accepted on the following:
Trailers, utility vehicles, emergency equipment such as generators, water pumps, heaters, equipment purchased for commercial use,
